Helpful staff, no prepayment required, guided us to the hotel, good facilities nearby, supportive and cooperative reception staff.

The staff was incredibly helpful and offered us guidance before our arrival. During our stay, they helped us with all our queries and needs. we appreciated that they didn't ask for any confirmation payment beforehand and allowed us to pay the full charges when we checked out. the hotel's location was very convenient, as there were many transport options and food facilities near the property.
The property had a few negative aspects. the bed sheets were not clean, which was not acceptable considering the price we paid.

Great location and friendly staff. The hotel is situated in a convenient spot close to public transport and food outlets. The staff was always very supportive, helpful, and courteous. We especially appreciated the fact that we didn't have to pay a confirmation fee during booking, which eased our worries and we could enjoy our vacation with a relaxed mindset.
We were disappointed by the conditions of the washroom. The tap was not functioning correctly, which made our experience uncomfortable. Additionally, the sheets provided were not clean, which was a bit of a turn-off. we had a pleasant stay, but these issues should be addressed to enhance guests' comfort and satisfaction.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff was tremendously helpful and didn't ask for confirmation money when I made my reservation. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of public transportation and food options nearby. the parking facilities are great, and the staff was always courteous and accommodating.
Hard to think of anything negative to say. This hotel was a fantastic choice for my visit, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service and amenities provided.
